Health Requirements

You must ensure that you are in good health and physically fit to participate in the retreat activities. If you have any medical conditions or require special assistance, please notify us in advance. No liability will be accepted by Miku Retreats for failure to disclose any information which would render your attendance unsafe, or create a disproportionate risk to your own safety or that of the organisers and other participants.

Medical Facilities

A full first-aid kit will be available at Son Rullan, along with a qualified first-aider. Mallorca also has a 24-hour emergency call-out service and a full network of medical facilities. We strongly recommend the purchase of appropriate travel insurance.

Safety Regulations

You must comply with all safety regulations and instructions provided by us and the Retreat venue. We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a risk to themselves or others.

Fire Evacuation

Fire evacuation procedures will be communicated to participants upon arrival to the Retreat.

Organisers’ Responsibilities

The organisers of the Retreat undertake to ensure all reasonably practicable measures are in place to protect the health, safety and security of each participant. Measures may include, but are not limited to:

• Provision of appropriate signage, if required

• Restricting access of any area deemed to present a disproportionate risk

• Clear and effective communication of safety protocols, as and when necessary
